I tried to ignore this feedback on my last game. I closed the AI and tried to do other things. But it’s been 6 hours since i finished this game and i’m still nagged by the suggested best move in this position. Both alpha go and katago say that “1” is the best move.
And i did see ‘1’ and “urgent before big’ implies 1. But playing at “1” only wins about 10 points when i cut off A, which is why i played at “4” to eat into my opponent’s moyo. i also think that “5” or “6” are worth more than 10 points.
Why is it so important to play a killing move for 10 points at this stage in the game?
